At Shama, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the experience we offer. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer product exchanges for faulty, defective or wrong orders only within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange

1- Exchange is available only for defective or wrong products received.

2- Exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

3- Wrong order items must be in unused condition, sealed in their original, untampered packaging.

4- Engraved, personalised, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

5- To process a full exchange, any free gifts or samples received with the original order must also be returned.

6- Exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly fromwww.shama-perfumes.com


How Exchanges Work

1- WhatsApp us on +971 58 545 1666 with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and photos of the item and its packaging.

2- Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original item through our local courier partner.

3- Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will dispatch the replacement product from our facility.

4- Please allow 4–7 working days from pickup to receive your exchange (depending on your location).


Please note: 

Refunds are not offered, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received in a faulty or damaged condition.
